A Turkish construction family spanning infrastructure, manufacturing and European advisory — now in its third decade, across three countries.
We were not founded to chase European real estate. We were founded to extend work our group has been doing, carefully, for nearly four decades.
In 1989, Tema İnşaat began building superstructures in Türkiye — airports, hospitals, hotels. Infrastructure with a life measured in decades. In 2001, Aday Grup was established to manufacture and install the light-steel structures that increasingly defined modern construction across Türkiye. More than two hundred client firms have worked with the group since.
AdayTema s.r.o. was established in Prague to carry that same engineering culture into the European real estate market — as advisor, as project manager, and when the project is ours, as builder.
We are small by design. Senior people do the work. When a client asks what we think, they hear from the person who will be responsible.
Superstructure construction begins — the engineering backbone of the group. Early work on institutional and hospitality projects in Türkiye.
Sister company specialising in light-steel structure manufacturing and installation. Scales to serve 200+ client firms over two decades.
Group projects include Baku Flame Towers (hotel superstructure), Sabiha Gökçen ATC Tower (turnkey aviation infrastructure), and multiple hospital & university campuses.
AdayTema s.r.o. established in Prague. Acquisition of manufacturing facility in Sedlčany, Czech Republic. First own development — Rodinné domy Hradištko — breaks ground.
European real estate investment advisory, project management consultancy, and construction — serving Turkish institutional capital and European developers alike.
Each company has its own discipline and its own leadership. Together they cover the full spectrum from steel structure manufacture to investment advisory — with a shared standard of engineering rigour.
The origin company. Major superstructure work — airports, hospitals, luxury hotels — across Türkiye and select international projects. The engineering culture that defines the entire group came from here.
→ temainsaat.com.trSpecialists in light-steel structures — manufacture, engineering and installation. Over two hundred client firms served across public infrastructure, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
→ adaygrup.com.trThe European practice. Real estate investment advisory for Turkish and international capital entering Central European markets; project management consultancy; and superstructure construction and light-steel installation from our own facility in Sedlčany.
→ adaytema.comA Turkish phrase that captures how we intend every engagement. Professional without being cold, personal without being loose.
Every mandate is led by a principal. No hand-offs, no junior layers between us and the decisions that matter.
We come from building, not from finance. What we say about feasibility, cost and programme is grounded in nearly four decades of actually delivering.
Trilingual by default — English, Czech, Turkish. Comfortable translating Turkish investor expectations into Central European commercial reality, and vice versa.
Our best clients are still with us a decade later. We take mandates we can live with for that long.
Most of what we do for third parties never becomes public. Confidentiality is not a feature; it is the baseline.
When advisory, project management and construction sit in one group, alignment follows. No trading partners with conflicting incentives.
Our office sits in Prague's Nové Město, a short walk from Náměstí Míru — the district where most of the city's serious commercial and institutional work gets done. It is where our mandates are structured, our investors are hosted, and our development decisions are made.
For construction and light-steel manufacturing, we operate from Hall 5 at Strojírenská 381 in Sedlčany — a short drive south, with full fabrication capacity.

Whether it is advisory, project management or a development partnership — we welcome a direct conversation with the principal who would be responsible for your mandate.
