A Quiet Continuation

AdayTema is not a new firm. It is a European arm.

We were not founded to chase European real estate. We were founded to extend work our group has been doing, carefully, for nearly four decades.

In 1989, Tema İnşaat began building superstructures in Türkiye — airports, hospitals, hotels. Infrastructure with a life measured in decades. In 2001, Aday Grup was established to manufacture and install the light-steel structures that increasingly defined modern construction across Türkiye. More than two hundred client firms have worked with the group since.

AdayTema s.r.o. was established in Prague to carry that same engineering culture into the European real estate market — as advisor, as project manager, and when the project is ours, as builder.

We are small by design. Senior people do the work. When a client asks what we think, they hear from the person who will be responsible.

1989

Tema İnşaat founded

Superstructure construction begins — the engineering backbone of the group. Early work on institutional and hospitality projects in Türkiye.

2001

Aday Grup founded

Sister company specialising in light-steel structure manufacturing and installation. Scales to serve 200+ client firms over two decades.

2010s

International references

Group projects include Baku Flame Towers (hotel superstructure), Sabiha Gökçen ATC Tower (turnkey aviation infrastructure), and multiple hospital & university campuses.

2020s

European expansion

AdayTema s.r.o. established in Prague. Acquisition of manufacturing facility in Sedlčany, Czech Republic. First own development — Rodinné domy Hradištko — breaks ground.

The Prague Office

Nové Město, on Rumunská.

Our office sits in Prague's Nové Město, a short walk from Náměstí Míru — the district where most of the city's serious commercial and institutional work gets done. It is where our mandates are structured, our investors are hosted, and our development decisions are made.

For construction and light-steel manufacturing, we operate from Hall 5 at Strojírenská 381 in Sedlčany — a short drive south, with full fabrication capacity.
