AdayTema is the European practice of a construction group founded in 1989 — a quiet continuation, not a fresh start.
From our office on Rumunská in Prague's Nové Město, we advise corporate investors, family offices and development firms on placing capital into Central European real estate. When a project is ours to build, we build it ourselves — drawing on the same hands, the same engineering and the same standards that have delivered airports, hospitals and hotels across three countries.
