A Bridge Between Two Markets

Prague-based. Turkish roots. European in outlook.

AdayTema is the European arm of a construction group founded in Türkiye in 1989 — a quiet continuation, not a fresh start.

From our office on Rumunská in Prague's Nové Město, we advise Turkish corporate investors, family offices and development firms on placing capital into Central European real estate. When a project is ours to build, we build it ourselves — drawing on the same hands, the same engineering and the same standards that have delivered airports, hospitals and hotels across Türkiye and beyond.

We are not a fund. We are not a brokerage. We are an advisory and development practice — small, senior, and accountable to the outcome.
