Privacy Policy
AdayTema s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “AdayTema”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard information provided through adaytema.com and our professional services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data-protection law.
1. Controller

2. What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, company, email, telephone, subject and message you provide.
- Usage data. Standard web logs (IP address, browser, referrer, pages viewed) for security and aggregate analytics.
- Cookies & tags. Essential cookies for site operation, Google Tag Manager (GTM-PLVJ9JPM) and Google Analytics for anonymised aggregate analytics, and Google Fonts for typography. No cross-site advertising cookies are set.
3. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)
We process personal data on the basis of (a) your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) when you submit an enquiry or accept non-essential cookies, (b) our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in running and securing the website and our professional practice, (c) contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) when delivering a professional engagement, and (d) legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) such as Czech accounting and tax record-keeping.
4. How we use data
- To reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to enter into a professional engagement.
- To operate and secure the website, and to improve the information we publish.
- To comply with legal obligations, including those arising from a professional mandate.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, operating under GDPR-compliant processing agreements.
- Google LLC (Google Fonts, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) — aggregate analytics and typography, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Analytics data is anonymised.
- Professional advisors bound by confidentiality where strictly necessary to deliver a mandate.
- Public authorities when legally required.
6. International transfers
Our servers and our group companies are located inside the EU and in Türkiye. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
7. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship is active and for up to seven years thereafter to satisfy accounting and limitation-period obligations, unless you request earlier deletion. Server logs are retained for twelve months for security purposes.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of the personal data we hold.
- Rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (Art. 17) — the “right to be forgotten”, save where we have a legal obligation to retain.
- Restrict processing (Art. 18) while we verify or consider your objection.
- Data portability (Art. 20) — receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object (Art. 21) to processing based on legitimate interest.

9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure — encryption in transit, access controls, and minimisation.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practice or the law. Material changes will be announced on this page; the “Last updated” date shows the version in force.
